Children
One of the most important aspects of family law is the protection
and security of children. Jenny Russell is an accredited specialist of Resolution formerly the Solicitors Family
Law Association. We can advise you on the provisions of the
Children's Act, including among other things, residence and contact orders
and the rights of grandparents to see their grandchildren.
We also advise on changes of name, paternity, DNA testing,
abduction and on your liabilities and entitlements
under the Child Support Act.
