The Family Matrimonial Department of Lennon & Co is one of the

Children
One of the most important aspects of family law is the protection
and security of children. Our specialists are all Credited Specialists
or members of Resolution formerly the Solicitor’s Family
Law Association and Jenny Russell is on the Family Law Panel
of The Law Society. We can advise you on the provisions of the
Children's Act, including among other things, contact orders
and the rights of grandparents to see their grandchildren.
We also advise on changes of name, paternity, DNA testing,
abduction, care proceedings and on your liabilities and entitlements
under the Child Support Act.
