Alan Lennon |
|
|
Before
setting up the Chesham Office as a sole practitioner
in 1983, Alan trained at a firm in the City and had
been practising in Amersham since 1975. Together with hid partner, Andy Coyle, he has developed
a thriving and friendly firm with 2 offices and over
25 staff. He was
one of the very few lawyers in the Home Counties to
set up a practice originally based solely on its litigation
expertise covering
matrimonial, personal
injury and medical negligence. Alan's ability
to fight his client's cause and his experience in
negotiation and conciliation has put him in great
demand for high profile divorce cases. |

Andrew King |
 |
Andrew joined Lennon & Co as a trainee in June 2006 having obtained a First Class Honours Law Degree from the University of Glamorgan and a Distinction in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Andrew is an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s litigation and personal injury departments, receiving instructions from both commercial and individual clients. Andrew is keen to ensure that whoever the client, the basis of the case and the advice given is clearly understood and in this regard, Andrew is an advocate of the Plain English Campaign.
Current litigation instructions include:
- Contract disputes;
- Professional negligence;
- Contentious probate;
- Debt recovery;
- Property disputes;
- Building disputes;
- Landlord and tenant disputes;
- Boundary disputes;
- Holiday disputes; and
- Breaches of employment contracts.
Andrew believes dispute resolution is more often than not about establishing a practical and commercial resolution. He has developed a striking ability to give honest and pragmatic advice, though he is not averse to commencing Court proceedings if the circumstances dictate it to be appropriate. Andrew is proud of the fact that thus far in his career, only one of his cases has ever made it to a final Hearing.
Andrew is instructed on a number of personal injury actions, including road traffic accidents, slip and trips and accidents at work. Andrew’s aim is always to obtain the greatest amount of compensation in the shortest time possible and he encourages clients to try and get their lives back on track, leaving the stress of the claim to him. Andrew is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and recently acted on behalf of three clients injured in the Buncefield explosion.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys playing football, squash and golf. He has held a season ticket at his beloved Spurs for over 15 years.
