Alan Lennon

Before setting up the Chesham Office as a sole practitioner in 1983, Alan trained at a firm in the City and had been practising in Amersham since 1975. Alan has developed a thriving and friendly firm with 2 offices and over 30 staff, including 6 Partners, an Associate Solicitor, 4 Trainee Solicitors and 3 Legal Executives. He was one of the very few lawyers in the Home Counties to set up a practice originally based solely on its litigation expertise covering crime, matrimonial, personal injury and medical negligence. Alan's ability to fight his client's cause and his experience in negotiation and conciliation has put him in great demand for high profile divorce cases.

Robert Green

Robert joined the firm as a trainee in 1999 having completed a LLB Law Degree and a Post Graduate Legal Practice Course. In 2001 he qualified as a solicitor and in 2006 became a partner in the firm.

With his straightforward approach Robert has built a strong reputation in dispute resolution. He and his team are able to litigate any type of dispute for you but particularly deal with personal injury, professional negligence, contract disputes and property disputes.

Robert understands the business needs of commercial clients as well as the needs of the ordinary man on the street. He will not allow anyone to waste money pursuing a bad case and especially enjoys persuading insurance companies to meet their responsibilities, something they so often try to avoid.

Outside of the office, Robert is married, lives locally and is an Arsenal season ticket holder. He is a keen footballer although his skills are yet to be perfected.

Robert’s recent work includes 2 clinical negligence claims which each settled for damages in excess of £70,000 and an ongoing high profile personal injury and defamation claim against Herefordshire Council which has received coverage in the newspapers, and on radio and television.
